Walter is a fictional whale created by Andrew Cochran and Robert D. Cardona.
Behind the Scenes[]
Walter's model was made out of clay and goggly eyes for his eyes, Walter was featured the blowhole mechanism. It was controlled by a puppeteer from the set. It was used again in Theodore and the Bickering Barges.
Walter's model was never used after season 5. It was either destroyed or been sold to a private buyer from America.
