Theodore's Prize is the twenty-fifth episode of season 4.
Plot
The tugs decide to have a contest to see who does the best job each day, but Theodore is assigned to replace bell buoys, a job he has never done before. He tries to use his sling to get Bedford Buoy but each day he tries, he's unable to do so. By the fourth day, Theodore is the only tug who has not won a flag. But each day he is more determined. Unfortunately, when he finally succeeds in catching Bedford, the judge isn't around to see. So Theodore makes his own flag, because he knows he tried his best.
