Theodore's Backwards Day is the twelfth episode of the third season.
Plot
Something breaks in Theodore's engine. As a result, he can only go backwards. Instead of dealing with it, he goes to great lengths to hide his problem. When he realizes that he is making everyone else's jobs harder, he finally acknowledges his condition and finds out that the same thing once happened to George. All he needs to do is go to the repair dock for an easy repair, and when Theodore's repair was finished, he was finally working forwards again!
