Owan on the Loose is the twenty-ninth episode of the fourth season.

Sigrid, the Supply Ship should have made her delivery hours ago, but she hasn't arrived. Owan, the Oil Rig is so worried about his missing friend that he panics and snaps his anchor cables. Luckily Northumberland Submarine sees the danger and goes for help. The tugs manage to rescue Owan just before he crashes into a cliff. But Sigrid is still missing. Owan realizes that if the tugs hadn't been busy rescuing him, they could have been finding Sigrid. As he watches the tugboats locate Sigrid and get her out of trouble, he decides that next time he'll leave the rescue to the experts.

  • This is the only episode where Owan moves on his own like Tex.

  • When the crane collapses on Sigrid, much of the junk falls into the water but into the next couple shots, the junk is now piled up on her deck.
  • When the tugs are blowing their whistles after saving Owan, Hank and Emily's whistles can be heard even though they are not there.
