Lucy is another harbour tug just like Theodore. She is one of the smaller tugs who wears a purple coloured summer hat. She appears to be modeled after Emily.

She is one of the Harbour Tugs along with Theodore/Theodore Too.
Bio
She is a kind tug who likes going on adventures. One time she and Theodore visited the shipwreck full of living fish. She also likes to solve mysteries and tried solving who is the mystery guest. She also later helped Theodore Too with the strange monster that Guy Seagull saw.
Appearances
She appeared in all of the three books which were published from 2006-2007 by Michelle Mulder.
