Jari Silvennoinen (born in Vantaa, Finland) is a Finnish director and musician who narrated the Finnish dub of Theodore Tugboat. He also did the voice of the Harbour Master in the intro and closing credits, which feature dialogue similar to that from the scenes at the Harbour Master's Office in the English dub.
He directed the Finnish dub for Garfield and Friends. where he voiced Jon Arbuckle. and He was also the narrator for the eighth The Land Before Time movie: The Big Freeze.
