Theodore and the Missing Barge is the fifteenth episode of the third season.

Plot

The tugs are excited about getting new bumpers, so when the bumpers disappear they jump to conclusions, accusing each other of trying to keep the best bumpers for themselves. In truth, the thief is Carla, The Cabin Cruiser. She thinks that by hiding the bumpers she can get the tugs to play with her. When the tugs tell her that they will be happy to play with her as soon as they finish their work, she realizes that she has just delayed them by taking the bumpers. She finally tells the truth and everyone has to admit to being wrong.
