Aunt Ruby

Aunt Ruby is Rodney's aunt. In Hank Hurts a Ship, Rodney had been trying to call her but kept calling The Harbour Master by mistake. The Harbour Master then calls Rodney a "nincompoop" but accidently hurts Rodney's feelings.
